Well, Living in the mountains the ASPCA link didn’t give me much. Just eggs and one store with turkey. Since I don’t eat mammals I got pretty shut out. Oh well. I buy my eggs from a friend and they are free range and eat tons of veggie scraps to boot.

Off to make your frittata with one Cubenelle pepper I grew, some of the eggs above, zucchini from a friend’s garden and a pile of mozzarella/cheddar as I have no feta. Still sounds yummy!! Thanks Slade!!

Yes, I suppose it’s optional, but since it’s activated by liquid and heat, it makes the frittata a bit fluffier.

I used it, but I added some really dense chopped up sourdough bread I needed to use up, and one shake of flour got fun, plus a heaping amount of two cheeses. Just had a slice and I’m having another! I used 5 eggs as well. It's delicious, moist and so good!! So Grateful Slade!!

Yes! It can yield only a few results in some areas, but I'm hoping they will find more good farms and places to add to their tool. Let me know how it turns out!

I found a few items such as turkey. I’m a bit confused about the baking powder Slade. What’s it supposed to make rise as I see no flour in the recipe?
