Any tips on using the oven for people without enough counter space for an AF?

Yes, I would set the temperature to 385 and turn on convection, if you have it. Or 400° without convection.

Nice Blues Traveler quote! Until I left home for health reasons, I used to see them at Red Rocks every July 4th. It became a family tradition.

I’m going to make some of your Nearly Perfect Fries for dinner with a buttery tilapia filet in white wine and capers. Thank you for the recipe!

Here’s to a more perfect Union for everyone.

Love that, Cate! I once saw John Popper do a solo show. Virtuoso on the mouth harp.

A quick question … in the video you said quarter-inch slices, but in the recipe here you’ve said half-inch. Which works better?

Good catch! I like them half-inch, but quarter-inch is even more crispy.

Good afternoon and thanks for sharing. My wife and I have been thinking about an air fryer; now we’re going for it just so I can make these fries!

If you don’t mind sharing, which brand of air fryer are you using?

Most days, nearly perfect is plenty good for me. This made me want to look into an air fryer.
