I shared this with her to give her hope that even rural voters in key districts are supporting more progressive candidates.

As a Libertarian from MO - I was proud of the way the people of our state stood up for & against our propositions. They supported the parks, said no to removing power from the citizens, and rejected a tax overhaul that supported the wealthy. I agree with so much of what you said. Unfortunately the Republicans still hold a ton of sway. I was glad to see Wesley Bell take the win - even though he is not who I will vote for. I sure hope the entire country says “no more” at midterms.
